A500\A518\A618 LU Problems

The Replacement gaskets that come in the Kit have smaller hole and Do Not have the small Filter made inside of the Gasket. The gasket restricts Oil Flow to the solenoid or the gasket comes apart in small pieces over a few months and plugs up the TCC solenoid causing the lockup to apply.

The OE Gasket has a much Larger TCC Solenoid feed hole and has a nice nylon filter made in it. The part number from OE (If you try and order the gasket by itself) gets the same gasket as the aftermarket gasket. The only way to get the Good One is to have a Factory Gasket & Ring Kit !
